My significant other used Window World for all of his rental properties before his passing. He always told me to not forget them when I decided to get windows. They were 1st on the list. I initiated others but immediately cancelled the appointments worried about if I would be treated fairly. I do not regret my choice even though pricing was a bit much for me with tariffs threats rising. Zach was the sales person. He was spectacular and a gentleman. Ms. Virginia is the sweetest person ever. She answered my every call and questions. Then came the installers. I couldn’t beat their endurance during the AR heat in July and my OLD aluminum windows that they had to fight with. I love the install, color option(s) and most of all the warranty. They can’t be beat. CALL THEM!

Tyler was one of the most helpful and engaging salespeople I have encountered in a long while. He was punctual, very knowledgeable about his product, very professional without being stiff or aggressive in his approach. He answered all of our questions and made sure we understood everything, from construction of the windows to installation process and timeline of the job. Window World wasn’t the lowest of the three quotes we got but Tyler’s professionalism and knowledge made us feel that they would be the best choice for our home.

I recently got new windows, sliding door, storm door, and cedar wrapped porch columns installed in my house which was built in 1986. Totally transformed the look of my house! I went with clay on the trim of windows and door which blended nicely with my brick, metal roof, and existing shutters.

Window World was punctual on the time range they said they would arrive. Only two issues I really had was due to the amount of windows being done, I would have tried to start a little earlier in the day that way it did not infringe on evening family time. The other was to have a worker or foreman on the job that spoke better English. There was somewhat of a language barrier but they were nice and respectful of our home.

Actually an 4.5 rating. Overall very good. Employees knew what they were doing and worked hard to get the job done quickly and effectively. Only thing that kept me from giving a 5 star rating was that they didn’t replace the blind hardware on the main bedroom windows. They did for the other six windows.
