I. Love. These. People!
The installation was done in one day (partial day) (Summer of 25). We have 13 windows. There was no trash left. There was no mess made that I had to clean up afterwards. The crew that installed my windows (and back patio door) were thorough and had great time management skills.
I had a crack in one of my windows. No problem, they came out and replaced it. I had a hole in one of the screens. No problem, they came out and replaced it. It took ten minutes. The man that came was incredibly polite and professional. In and out.
This company is worth your money.

We had a great experience with Window World of Little Rock. Derek was very thorough with the measurements and clearly knew what he was doing. We first had three sliding patio doors installed, and then came back for two entry doors.
We really appreciated being able to choose brown exterior/white interior for the patio doors, and custom Sherwin-Williams colors for the entry doors. Joseph did an excellent job with the installation, including installing our smart locks correctly. When one door needed a small adjustment, they came back within about a week, called ahead, and took care of it.
Communication was excellent, the finished doors look great, and we’re very pleased. We look forward to using them again for future window upgrades.
